Story Bellows is a partner at CityFi, an urban advisory services working at the intersection of technology, governance, public-private partnership, and public space. Before joining CityFi, Story served as Brooklyn Public Library’s Chief Innovation and Performance Officer. She also launched and directed the Mayor’s Office of New Urban Mechanics in Philadelphia, served as Director of the Mayors’ Institute on City Design, a National Endowment for the Arts leadership initiative, and spent four years in private design practice in Chicago. Story holds a BA from Colgate University and an MSc from the London School of Economics in City Design and Social Science.

Paul is the Sr. Director of Product Design at Intersection, an urban innovation company that integrates technology to create better customer experiences for cities, transit authorities, citizens, and brands. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Society for Experiential Graphic Designs (SEGD) and helped create Urban Assembly Maker Academy, the first public high school in New York City with a design and technology centric curriculum. Paul is the author of the O’Reilly Media report “Designing for Cities: Technology and the Urban Experience” and contributed to the soon to be published “Smarter New York City / How City Agencies Innovate” by Columbia University Press. His work has also been featured in publications such as Wired, Communication Arts, Fast Company, and City Limits. Paul holds a graduate degree from Pratt Institute where he continues to serve as an associate professor.
Shin-pei Tsay is the Executive Director of Gehl institute, whose mission is to transform the way cities are shaped by making public life an intentional driver for design and policy. Previously, Shin-pei served as Deputy Executive Director at TransitCenter; founded and directed the Cities and Transportation Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace; and served as Deputy Director of Transportation Alternatives and Chief Operating Officer of Project for Public Spaces. Shin-pei is on the Board of In Our Backyards (ioby) and Transportation Alternatives, and is a Commissioner for the New York City Public Design Commission. Shin-pei holds a MSc in Cities, Space and Society from London School of Economics and a BA with distinction from Cornell University.
